Rhapsody is an online subscription Music service, launched in December 2001, allows you to access a library of over 10 million Songs in return for a monthly fee. Downloaded files come with restrictions on their use, enforced by Helix, Rhapsody’s version of digital rights management(DRM) enforced on AAC+ or WMA files. The service also sells individual MP3s without digital rights management restrictions.
If you have unfortunately downloaded and purchased the protected AAC+ or WMA files from Rhapsody, you will have trouble playing them with any program apart from Rhapsody.
