How do I convert files from a standard Music Cd to MP3 format?

I bought a digital picture fram that plays MP3 files, but I’m having a hard time converting my music files to a format that the digital frame will read. Also, can I convert my iTunes files to MP3 format?

to make them mp3, simply set your iTunes importing options to .mp3 (edit, options), then import

to convert, if you didn’t buy them from itunes, just right click and say convert to mp3. If you did buy them from itunes, burn them in .wav (normal CD), and import them.
